TERMS OF SERVICE

When commissioning me you'll be agreeging to all the terms discussed below, so please be sure to read it all! To avoid any problems or misunderstandings.

  • Realistic animals/monsters

  • Copy styles

  • Mecha

  • Extreme gore

  • Extremely buff characters

  • Complex backgrounds/backgrounds in general...

  • Big prompts (such as a wheelchair, bikes, anything mechanic really)

  • Offensive imagery, anything that implies something racist, homophobic, fatphobic, etc.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use increases +300% of the base price

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Full payment must be sent before I start on the commission (paypal only)

  • If you are a minor, have a consenting adult fill the form and make the purchase. The payer will be held responsible if there are any chargebacks and refund against us.

  • I will do the commission according to the payment order. Whoever pays first will be on top of our commission list.

  • You may change your character any amounts of times as long as I have not sketched out the previous character and/or I have checked with the character

  • STATE if you have a time limit please. an extra fee will be charged to prioritize your commission [ +200% of the initial price ]

  • Do not Rush Me. Don’t spam me about your commission.

  • I will message you when I start, when I finished initial sketch and base color.

  • I DO NOT DO REFUNDS BECAUSE OF PERSONAL ISSUES! you may change the character though if I have not started the sketch.

  • References: All character references must be full color images. I will not accept descriptions / texts, pixel art or drawings in black and white. The descriptions will only used to help us to notice the important information of your character that will help us to draw it with more accuracy

  • I have the right to refuse your order If we think we couldn't work on it

PAYMENT PLAN

  • Please discuss to us beforehand if you want to take a payment plan!

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR IMAGE/COMMISSION

  • DO NOT claim as yours/trace/copy/Edit my works!

  • YOU DO GET a high resolution of your image. 200-300 RES

  • You only get a .png file in stash or by email (if client prefers)

  • Both personal and commercial works are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

  • If we find that our terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted, and won’t be transacted with in the future.
